Position Overview

Tuson Manufacturing Company is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Front Office Accounting Administrative Assistant to support daily accounting operations and front office activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with accounting tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable (AR):

• Generate invoices based on shipments
• Receive, process, and record customer payments and remittances
• Monitor and maintain aging reports
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances

Accounts Payable (AP):

• Collect, file, and enter vendor invoices into the system
• Reconcile invoices with goods receipts
• Process payments via ACH, check, or wire transfer

Accounting & Financial Support:

• Prepare month-end data and documentation for external accounting firm
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements

Administrative & Office Support:

• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls and plant visitors
• Provide hospitality support for guests and visitors
• Purchase office supplies, MRO items, and tools as needed
• Assist with HR-related clerical duties

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with relevant experience required, OR
  Associate degree or higher (new graduates welcome)
• Minimum experience in administrative and/or accounting support roles preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with ERP systems such as Epicor is a plus
• Comfortable using and learning new technologies, including AI tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn
