**LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES NEAR THE VIRGINIA AREA**
Responsibilities
* Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify Potential sponsors through market
research, In-person networking, door to door sales, and digital outreach
campaigns.
* Process Management: Prepare and complete all necessary paperwork for new
sponsorship which includes but is not limited to signed authorization forms,
instillation maps, and zoning applications.
* Account Management: Maintain relationships with existing sponsors, handle
complaints, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
*Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and sponsor feedback to inform
management of target strategies.
* Reporting: Tracking personal performance, marketing/sales Data, and providing
management with sales forecasts via monthly reports.
Qualifications
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to CLEARLY convey the
benefits of our fundraising program to target audiences.
Public Speaking: Ability to give presentations to large groups and represent
the company at trade shows, online meetings, and other events.
Problem Solving and customer service: Address sponsor concerns and
provide solutions.
Time Management and Organization: Prioritize tasks, manage multiple
accounts, and meet sales targets.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM Software, MS Word, MS
PowerPoint, MS Excel and sales tools.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and prioritize
tasks effectively.
EDUCATION: HS Diploma REQUIRED, associate’s degree in business,
marketing or sales PREFERRED
PREVIOUS SALES EXPIERENCE REQUIRED
Certifications: MUST POSESS A VALID DRIVERS LISCENSE IN GOOD
STANDING.
Analysis skills for interpreting market trends, customer needs, and sales
performance data.
