In this role, you'll be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of our residential properties, ensuring a smooth and successful experience for both residents and the company.

$45,000 - $65,000 yearly

• Manage all aspects of the property, including marketing and leasing.

• Oversee the tenant selection process, conducting screenings, background checks, and lease signings.

• Maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.

• Generate reports and provide regular updates to property owners and management.

• Resolve complaints between residents.

• Stay up-to-date on fair housing laws, property management regulations, and industry best practices.

• Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one).

• Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.

• Strong understanding of fair housing laws and property management regulations.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in property management software (AppFolio or other PM software).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and cost control.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
