Role Description The Insurance Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in The Woodlands, TX. This role involves meeting with prospective and existing clients to assess their insurance needs, explaining available products, and recommending appropriate coverage options. The Insurance Sales professional will prepare quotes, process applications, and manage policy renewals and changes. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate client records, following up on inquiries and leads, and collaborating with carriers and internal team members to ensure timely and accurate policy placement. The role also involves providing ongoing customer service, resolving concerns, and supporting clients through claims or coverage updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service or Sales, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and delivering a high-touch experience.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work on-site in The Woodlands, TX, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client accounts.
• Prior experience in an agency or brokerage environment is preferred but not required.
