Role: Human Resource Director
Location: Midland-Odessa, TX 79701
Type: FT / Onsite
About the Team:
Growing regional healthcare system with a strong reputation for patient care and deep community impact across West Texas.
What You'll Do:
• Lead HR strategy across a large, integrated healthcare environment
• Partner closely with executive leadership as the senior HR advisor
• Oversee HR leaders across employee relations, benefits, talent, performance, and learning
• Strengthen HR processes, structure, accountability, and consistency
• Support team engagement and rebuild trust following leadership transition
• Guide workforce initiatives aligned to operational and organizational goals
*Must be open to relocate
Core Tech & Skills:
• Healthcare system HR leadership
• Large-employee population support
• HR operations leadership
• Employee relations
• Talent acquisition
• Benefits and performance management
• Learning & development
• HRIS systems
• Executive stakeholder partnership
