Position Overview: As a Bay Area Realtor, you'll be responsible for helping our Bay Area clients find their next home or close on their next investment property. Our agents currently close 4-6+ transactions a month.

We will provide you an evergreen stream of motivated buyer leads (for free) that we have already pre-screened, gathered buy boxes for, and educated about our process. That means you get to focus on writing offers, closing deals, and negotiating with sellers.

What you’ll do:

• Support homebuyers to win homes
• Write offers and coach clients on offer strategy
• Review CMAs and valuation reports
• Evaluate disclosure packets to understand property risk
• Educate buyers about our dashboard

Qualifications:

• Closed a minimum of 5 transactions over the prior 2 years
• Strong understanding of the Bay Area real estate market and its dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• California real estate salesperson license required
• Opportunities for career advancement within a growing company.
• Mandarin language fluency is a plus
