St. Mary's General Hospital is a 293 bed, acute care hospital that offers a broad range of cardiovascular services as well as cancer care, maternal-child health, and outpatient behavioral health services. St. Mary's is a member of Prime Healthcare System, which has been recognized by Truven Health Analytics as a "Top 15 Healthcare System." MD only model with Anesthesiology Residency Program

Total Rewards
Salary: $575K
Sign on Incentive: Up to $100K
Cardiac Stipend: $25K

Case Assignments & Schedule
Schedule: M-F w/low utilization of call requirement
Cardiac cases with a mix of general.
No peds, no trauma.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Requirements
M.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine
TEE proficiency is required
Completion of Cardiac Fellowship
ECFMG and FLEX
Completion of approved residency in anesthesia
Currently licensed as a physician

$575k salary
$25k cardiac stipend
$100k/3 yr SOB
