We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team! As a key member of our client services department, you’ll play a hands-on role in assisting customers, promoting products and services, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional care. Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers—both in person and by phone—to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction by actively listening, addressing concerns, and following through on requests.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining a positive and cooperative work environment.
• Accurately manage client information, transactions, and reports using Microsoft Office and other business tools.
• Handle multiple priorities efficiently, maintaining professionalism and attention to detail under pressure.

Requirements

• Bilingual abilities are highly valued (English plus another language preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills—ability to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Positive attitude with strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred; training provided for the right candidate.
• Must have a personal vehicle for travel to client meetings.

Compensation & Schedule

• Full-time: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
