    Job Summary:

    True Progress Therapy is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services, dedicated to empowering children and their families to thrive. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD and related conditions

    • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment strategies

    • Train and supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs) and other support staff

    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

    • Monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans as needed

    • Stay up-to-date with best practices in ABA and maintain current certification as a BCBA

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

    • BCBA certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

    • Experience working with children with ASD and related conditions

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
