Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Clifton, NJ

Join our team at True Progress Therapy, a compassionate organization dedicated to improving the lives of children and their families through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA at True Progress Therapy, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients

  • Supervise and mentor Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Provide training and support to family members and caregivers on ABA techniques and strategies

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients

  • Stay current with best practices in ABA and attend professional development opportunities to maintain certification

Requirements:

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education)

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in ABA therapy or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Compensation:

  • $75 - $100 HOURLY, depending on experience and qualifications
