Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized physical therapy services tailored to the unique needs and recovery goals of each patient.

Qualifications
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
  • Active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey with no sanctions or board disciplinary records.
  • Proven experience in orthopedic outpatient care and mastery in manual therapy techniques.
  • Strong ability to devise effective exercise programs tailored to individual patients.
  • Proficiency in using EMR software for daily documentation and patient tracking.
  • In-depth knowledge of current physical therapy practices and techniques, supported by up-to-date research.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in a similar outpatient clinic setting or in sports medicine will be an asset. Familiarity with cutting-edge rehabilitation methodologies and patient engagement strategies will further enhance your alignment with our organization's goals.
