Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychological evaluations and assessments to develop individualized therapy goals and strategies tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing a range of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress and adjust treatment plans collaboratively with healthcare peers.
• Engage in continuous professional growth by attending workshops and staying abreast of current research and practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at True Living Wellness Center, you will work primarily with individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrated understanding of ethical and legal standards pertinent to the field of mental health counseling.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems and related technologies in client management.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is highly advantageous.
• Experience working within a team-based healthcare model with a focus on integrated client care.
• Knowledge and experience in providing evidence-based practices that demonstrate measurable patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, dependent on experience and caseload.
