We are hiring a Full-time Day Sub-acute Rehab RN, 7a-3p with an every other weekend commitment.

We are hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for part-time roles across all shifts

What Sets Us Apart

SubAcute Rehabilitation

A small, focused rehab unit designed for shortterm recovery. Nurses enjoy a more manageable patient load, stronger patient connections, and less burnout.

LongTerm Care (LTC)

LTC is divided into smaller, neighborhoodstyle units that create calm, supportive environments. This structure helps nurses build meaningful resident relationships and deliver consistent, highquality care with strong team support.

Memory Care

A dedicated, smallerscale Memory Care Unit tailored for residents with dementia. The environment is structured, safe, and staffed by teams trained in dementia best practices-allowing nurses to provide compassionate, individualized care without the stress typical of large, highacuity memory programs.

What You'll Do

  • Assessing patient needs
  • Formulating nursing diagnoses
  • Implementing care plans
  • Evaluating outcomes
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care on our Sub-Acute Rehab and Skilled Nursing units.

Minimum Requirements

  • Current NYS license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma from an accredited program
  • Compassion, accountability and a commitment to patient-centered care

Pay Range: $40.00 - $52.81 per hour

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
