Looking for flexible, hands-on work in the New York cannabis industry? Trimmr connects local talent with licensed operators for flexible staffing shifts. Apply to join our roster. Once you are screened and hired, you'll choose from available gigs that fit your schedule. You'll earn W-2 wages to work cannabis jobs and gain valuable industry experience.

Types of Work You'll Do

Tasks vary depending on client needs, but common shifts include:

  • Cultivation: Planting, weeding, defoliating, and harvesting.
  • Post-Harvest: Hand trimming, bucking, and packaging.
  • Compliance & Care: Following farm SOPs, maintaining cleanliness, and keeping quality high.

What We're Looking For

  • Age: 21+ (NYS OCM requirement).
  • Work Auth: Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and comfortable with flexible gig work.
  • Transport: Reliable transportation to get to various local farm and processing sites.
  • Physical Stamina: Able to stand or work on your feet throughout your shift, perform repetitive and strenuous motions, crouch, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Environment: Comfortable working indoors/outdoors around strong scents and varying weather.
