Awesome opportunity to join an established and growing manufacturer in Delaware, OH for an experienced Spanish Bilingual HR Generalist and Payroll Specialist!

The HR Payroll Specialist will spend about 60% of the time on payroll duties to include processing payroll, reconciling timekeeping entries, tracking PTO, managing wage garnishments, processing tax withholding and being the primary point of contact for employee payroll questions.

40% of the time will be spent perform HR Generalist duties such as coordinating recruitment, interview scheduling, managing I-9, E-Verify and background checks, onboarding Spanish speaking associates, providing verbal and written translation for HR communications, policy and training materials and company announcements to Spanish speaking associates, assisting associates with benefits enrollment and questions and similar duties.

Salary range will be $65,000-$70,000 + bonus up to 10%. This is a direct hire position with a full benefits package as well!

Qualifications:

-Proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish required

-3+ years HR Generalist experience with at least 2 years of direct payroll administration

-Strong knowledge of payroll taxes in Ohio

-Knowledge of Ohio labor laws (FLMA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA)
