About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Tribeca Physical Therapy as a Physical Therapist, where you'll play a vital role in helping patients regain their mobility and improve their quality of life. We are dedicated to providing personalized care in a supportive environment, making a meaningful impact on our community in New York, NY.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to enhance patient recovery.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Stay updated on the latest evidence-based practices in physical therapy.
  • Participate in community outreach programs to promote health and wellness.
Requirements:
  • Valid New York State Physical Therapist license.
  • Bachelor's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate demeanor.
  • Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for patient education and collaboration.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
