Job description

Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC), a certified WBE with 35+ years of nationwide occupational health experience, is seeking an outgoingย Paramedic to join our onsite medical team on a major construction project in DeSoto, Kansas.


In this role, youโ€™ll provide injury triage, support the safety team, promote worker wellness, and help maintain a safe, productive job site.


Shifts Available:

Mondayโ€“Friday, 6AM-6PM

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Provide injury triage, treatment, and followโ€‘up care
  • Assess occupational & nonโ€‘occupational injuries using evidenceโ€‘based protocols
  • Document all care in EMR (Cority)
  • Support site safety: Stretch & Flex, site walks, hazard identification
  • Conduct newโ€‘hire orientation, drug testing, and occupational health services
  • Maintain a clean, organized clinic
  • Collaborate with MMC leadership, local providers, and client teams
  • Deliver excellent customer service and help foster a positive work environment
  • Support wellness initiatives and employee health efforts


Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Paramedic experience
  • Active Kansas Paramedic license
  • Occupational health experience
  • Emergency medicine background (ambulance or ER)ย preferred
  • OSHA-10 within 90 days (company provided)
  • ACLS, PHTLS, or ITLS
