Job description

Lead with purpose: We're seeking an experienced healthcare leader with a strong management background and experience in OR, procedural, or pain management settings!
Job Summary:
Oversees the daily operations and administrative tasks of clinic and procedural suites specializing in interventional pain management techniques. They ensure the clinic and procedure areas run smoothly, patients receive quality care, and the practice meets compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinic Management: Managing the overall operations of the clinic, including scheduling, billing, and insurance verification.
  • Patient Care: Ensuring patient comfort, safety, and quality of care during treatments and procedures.
  • Team Management: Supervising clinic staff, including nurses, medical assistants, and administrative personnel.
  • Compliance: Maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations related to pain management and healthcare.
  • Financial Management: Managing the clinic's budget, billing processes, and collections.
  • Marketing and Business Development: Developing strategies to increase patient volume and practice revenue.

Quality Improvement: Implementing measures to improve patient care, reduce costs, and enhance the clinic's reputation.
Education and Training:
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business management), preferred.
  • Clinical licensure in the field of Nursing or Radiology, preferred.

Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in clinic management or healthcare administration, required.
  • Experience in pain management, Operating Room or Procedural experience, preferred.

Skills and Abilities:
    • Knowledge:

    Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, insurance billing procedures, and patient care protocols.
    • Leadership:

    Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills for managing staff and building relationships with patients and providers.
    • Communication:

    Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
