We're a growing company with a strong focus on the central US, and we're looking for dedicated and skilled individuals to join our team.As a Lead Installation Technician, you'll be part of a team that brings our customers' visions and Tri-State's designs to life. You'll travel to customer sites across the country, working hand-in-hand with your colleagues to install support columns, runways, crane bridges, hoists, and controls. You'll be responsible for laying out steel, ensuring all parts are present, and using your skills to connect, bolt, and weld steel components to create the finished product. The lead will be the primary point of contact for the client, direct team workflow onsite, and be the install liaison to Tri-State sales and coordinators. This is a hands-on job that requires a variety of skills, but don't worry if you don't have experience with cranes! We're looking for someone with a strong steel installation background, experience heading up a team on installs, a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a passion for building things.
