Tri Delta is seeking a Director of Housing Support to serve as a strategic, relationship-focused leader who drives the growth and impact of Tri Delta’s housing program while advancing the organization's mission to support a thriving collegiate experience. The primary objective of this position is to lead the Housing Support Team, cultivate strong partnerships with local house corporations, and collegiate chapters, and serve as the primary champion for expanding Tri Delta Housing through strategic planning, project transitions and stakeholder engagement and will help shape the future of Tri Delta Housing.
The ideal candidate will combine their excellent communication and leadership skills with their ability to build trust with stakeholders and drive change management processes to build excitement for the mission of Tri Delta Housing.
The role is remote eligible. Candidates must be physically located in the US and eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

- Salary: $60,000-75,000/year

- Travel: Up to 20%
- Supervised by: Vice President of Housing
- Supervises: Housing Support Manager, Volunteers & Housing Support Manager, Resources
