As an Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR)/ Office Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting clients by resolving their insurance-related issues and providing clear, effective communication. You will work closely with a small customer service team to deliver exceptional service, leveraging your knowledge of insurance terminology and licensing to assist policyholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries efficiently
• Resolve insurance issues and concerns with professionalism
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding policies and claims
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
• Maintain valid Property & Casualty insurance license

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service
• Property & Casualty License
• Strong knowledge of insurance terminology
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
