Job description
Location: Louisville, KY (Near I-65 & Gene Snyder Freeway)
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour

- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
TRG Staffing Solutions is currently hiring Warehouse Associates for a leading third-party logistics (3PL) facility specializing in the packaging and distribution of alcoholic beverages for international export markets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work on a production and packaging line handling half-pint and full-pint bottles.
- Place bottles into designated sleeves prior to packaging.
- Monitor products moving along conveyor systems.
- Ensure bottles are properly positioned for automated cellophane wrapping.
- Perform quality checks to ensure packaging standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all workplace safety and operational procedures.
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Must successfully pass a Criminal Record Check.
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment Drug Test.
- Previous warehouse or production experience is considered an asset but is not required.
Safety & PPE:
- No personal protective equipment (PPE) required.
- Safety glasses will be provided by the employer.
