Responsibilities include greeting customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer's needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications include communication and interpersonal skills, organizational and multitasking abilities, comfortable with engaging in sales conversations, and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Flexible schedule, pick the hours you work Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. No experience needed, perfect for someone going to school, stay at home parent, etc. Compensation: $12.25 - $14.50 per hour.
