We’re looking for a compassionate and strategic Program Manager to lead this exciting initiative from the ground up. This is your opportunity to shape a space that truly puts young people first.

What You’ll Do

Program Oversight & Development

  • Support the creation and daily operations of The Treehouse program
  • Lead and run youth wellness, mental health, life skills, and employment groups
  • Ensure the space is safe, welcoming, and youth-centered

Staff Leadership & Development

  • Hire, train, and support a team of frontline program staff
  • Develop individualized PDPs and provide regular coaching and mentorship
  • Guide staff in navigating complex youth support needs

Partnerships & Community Engagement

  • Build collaborative relationships with community organizations and services
  • Coordinate with overnight emergency access point partners
  • Advocate for youth and remove barriers to accessing support

Facilitation & Direct Support

  • Lead group sessions and workshops
  • Provide one-on-one support to youth in crisis or transition
  • Assist youth with navigating systems and reaching personal goals

Program Administration

  • Manage scheduling, resources, and day-to-day logistics
  • Maintain the space, including the food pantry
  • Track outcomes and provide reports to leadership and funders

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in youth care or human services
  • 1+ years of leadership/management experience
  • Bachelors’ education in a related field
  • Strong understanding of justice system, trauma, and youth development
  • High emotional intelligence, organization, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Regina’s social service systems and how to navigate them
  • Proven ability to lead teams, coach staff, and model strengths-based practice
  • A heart for youth, and a mind for problem-solving, collaboration, and innovation

Why Work With Us?

  • Be part of a mission-driven organization building new pathways for youth
  • Work in a dynamic, flexible, and relational environment
  • Join a team committed to inclusion, equity, and positive social change

At Street Culture Project, we’re not just a team—we’re a movement. You’ll be part of a community that believes change is possible and works for it every day.

SCP is committed to reflect the diversity of the youth we serve and fully support inclusivity in the workplace. We strongly encourage Indigenous applicants to consider this opportunity.
