Tree Market Inc. is the international food trading arm of Tree Corporation USA, a privately owned group headquartered in Miami with operations across logistics, maritime, and trade.

We're looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist with deep experience sourcing frozen proteins, basic food staples, dry commodities, and internationally traded products from domestic and international suppliers.

What you'll do:

• Source and evaluate domestic and international suppliers
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, specifications, and delivery conditions
• Analyze quotations, commodity prices, freight costs, and total landed costs
• Manage purchase orders and contracts from confirmation through delivery
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, finance, sales, and operations
• Monitor shipments and resolve delays, shortages, quality claims, and documentation issues
• Ensure products meet quality, food-safety, import, and export requirements
• Support inventory planning, purchasing forecasts, and cost-reduction initiatives

What we're looking for:

✔ 2-5+ years in procurement, purchasing, trading, or supply chain

✔ Proven experience sourcing and negotiating with international suppliers

✔ Strong knowledge of landed-cost calculations and commercial terms

✔ Experience with international shipping and import/export documentation

✔ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

✔ Professional fluency in English and Spanish

✔ Ability to travel when required

Preferred background:

• Frozen proteins, staples, dry or traded commodities
• Construction materials or building supplies
• Cold-chain logistics and ocean freight
• USDA, FDA, HACCP, or related food-safety standards
• Degree in supply chain, international business, logistics, finance, or related field
