Mattress by Delivery and Exchange is looking for motivated, self-driven salespeople to join our door-to-door mattress sales team.

This is a 100% commission position with uncapped earning potential. We provide full product and sales training — previous mattress experience is a strong plus but not required.

You will work independently in the field, primarily during evenings and weekends when homeowners are available. Our model focuses on convenient delivery and exchange, making it easier for customers to upgrade their sleep.

• Strong resilience and ability to handle frequent rejection
• Self-motivated and disciplined (able to work independently)
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to build quick rapport with strangers
• Consultative / benefit-focused selling style (not high-pressure)
• High work ethic and competitive drive
• Comfortable asking for the sale and handling objections gracefully

Preferred Experience

• Previous mattress sales experience (highest priority)
• Door-to-door, canvassing, or in-home sales experience
• Commission-based sales background

• Practical Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Willingness to take occasional road trips
• Professional appearance and reliable attendance
• Retail, furniture, or home improvement sales experience
