  • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer maintenance processes and recommending tailored software solutions and facilitating ROI discussions.
Proposal Management (RFPs and SOWs)
  • Lead the response process for complex RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical, product, and implementation teams to develop detailed and compelling proposal content.
  • Create Statements of Work (SOWs) for specific customer engagements, clearly defining deliverables, scope, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Ensure all submitted proposals meet Trax's quality standards and strategic goals.
Contract Negotiation
  • Lead commercial negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms while safeguarding Trax's strategic and financial interests.
  • Work closely with legal and executive teams to finalize agreements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with product development, implementation, training, and customer support teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Provide customer feedback and industry insights to help shape product enhancements.
Reporting and Forecasting
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics for senior management.
  • Deliver clear and professional presentations highlighting opportunities, challenges, and account progress.

And other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, MRO operations, or aviation maintenance IT systems.
  • Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance workflows, regulatory requirements, and maintenance IT ecosystems. Experience in consulting highly desirable.
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets in aviation, aerospace, or related technical industries.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
