The Tour Coordinator is responsible for the planning of assigned vehicle events across the country, as well as the onsite execution of local events. This individual is responsible for all facets of the applicable event(s) including promotion, product sales, logistics, setup & breakdown, and customer service as necessary.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare, organize, and submit all pre / post-event orders timely and accurately
  • Plan, set up, execute, and break down assigned vehicle & nonvehicle based events
  • Engage with event attendees to promote and sell products, delivering high-quality customer experience's
  • Collect and analyze event feedback, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Manage promotional items, including ordering, tracking, and maintaining appropriate inventory levels
  • Oversee the event sample line, including maintaining presentation standards, returning outdated samples, and ordering new product
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of product lines, including fabrications, fits, and style details
  • Ensure full compliance with DOT vehicle and personnel regulations at all times
  • Identify and address vehicle-related issues, including damaged equipment and missing supplies, in a timely manner
  • Capture high-quality photography and video content at all events and activations
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all visual content
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align content with campaign objectives across all events
  • Organize, deliver content in a timely manner for social media and internal use
  • Identify and capitalize on real-time content opportunities while on the road
  • Assist with pre-event planning and post-event recaps, including content reporting
  • Assist with staffing coordination for both local and offsite events
  • Provide trade show support, including pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
  • Client focused, the ability to develop and maintain position and professional relationships
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. to a height of 3-4 feet, repetitively
  • Ability to work well independently with flexibility to travel for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work collaboratively, and with direct consumers
  • Ability to lead, direct and utilize volunteers effectively
  • Highly self-motivated with ability to complete day-to-day tasks unsupervised
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have and maintain a current valid driver's license in the state in which you reside
  • Must have and maintain a clean driving record
  • Travel: 85%; with travel durations of 6-12 weeks at a time

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of marketing, event coordinating, and / or sales experience
  • Retail and/or golf industry experience preferred
  • Ability to pass and maintain a Class A license

19.95 - 24.98 - 30.00 USD Hourly
