Office building maintenance

This is a full-time on-site role for a Building Engineer at Transwestern in Westminster, CO. The Building Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and management of the facility. Tasks include building maintenance, HVAC, plumbing work, and conducting preventive maintenance activities.


Qualifications

  • Building Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair skills
  • HVAC experience
  • Plumbing expertise
  • Experience in Facility Management (FM)
  • Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance practices
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve mechanical issues
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant certification or training in building engineering is a plus
