This full-time remote position offers an annual salary between $90,000 and $105,000, with a potential for bonuses. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to client needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups utilizing various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure continuity of services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, actively participating in peer reviews to enhance therapeutic practices.
• Engage in continuous professional development through attending workshops and staying informed on advancements in mental health research, which directly informs your practice.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards pertinent to the counseling profession.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
