About Transformation Church
The Vision of Transformation Church is to be a multiethnic, multigenerational, mission-shaped community that loves God completely (Upward), ourselves correctly (Inward), and our neighbors compassionately (Outward). The vision of Transformation Church is birthed out of the very heart of Jesus. We cultivate a culture of holy habits, vision-aligned ministry, and theological depth to equip leaders to serve faithfully in local contexts.
About the Pastoral Residency Program
The Transformation Church Pastoral Residency Program is designed to equip emerging leaders for pastoral roles, with a focus on holistic ministry development, theological formation, and multiethnic, multigenerational leadership. Residents will gain hands-on experience across all Transformation Church ministries and operations while being mentored by seasoned leaders.
Program Goals:
  • Immerse in Transformation Church's vision, values, beliefs, and holy habits
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of church operations and ministry contexts
  • Engage in theological studies and practical ministry leadership
  • Serve within multiethnic, multigenerational communities
  • Prepare for pastoral leadership roles

Key Responsibilities
Residents will:
  • Learn about the preparation and delivery of sermons and teachings
  • Develop a Christ-centered and healthy inner life through prayer, study, and mentorship
  • Serve in a variety of ministry areas within a multiethnic and multigenerational context
  • Attend leadership and theological training sessions
  • Support event planning, program development, and volunteer/servant leader coordination
  • Collaborate with pastors, staff, and servant leaders in furtherance of ministry goals

Desired Qualifications
  • A strong sense of calling to pastoral ministry
  • Commitment to the vision, values, and beliefs of Transformation Church
  • Desire to learn and grow in a multiethnic, multigenerational church environment
  • A Master's degree from an accredited theological institution or an equivalent combination of education and ministry experience is necessary
  • Strong relational, communication, and organizational skills
