Location: Tampa, FL · Start date: 8/31/26 Type: Full-Time M-F 8a-4:30p Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days work from home: every Friday and 2nd day of your choice)

We're looking for a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our finance team. You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end billing process — ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a smooth experience for both internal teams and customers.

What You'll Do

• Process the billing & payables on each Workers' Compensation language services assignment, approximately 200+ daily
• Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and reduce errors

What You'll Bring

• Experience in billing
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in Workers Compensation is a plus
