Work Environment

Located in Centreville, Virginia, our rehabilitation facility offers an onsite work setting where you will collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare providers. You can expect a structured work schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, which encourages work-life balance while allowing ample time to focus on patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care to patients, developing personalized treatment plans that align with their rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain a manageable patient load, ensuring each patient receives personalized attention and care tailored to their specific needs.
• Employ your expertise in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and modalities to enhance recovery.
• Implement cost-effective treatment options that prioritize improving mobility and reducing reliance on surgical interventions or pharmaceuticals.
• Continuously evaluate patient progress and treatment outcomes through evidence-based practice, making adjustments to care plans as necessary.
• Motivate patients to embrace healthy lifestyles through custom fitness and wellness programs that address their individual requirements.
• Promote teamwork by collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals, providing a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.
• An active Physical Therapist license with no history of sanctions or disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional proficiency in a range of manual therapy techniques.
• Experience in developing and implementing successful exercise regimens for diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity and proficiency with EMR software, particularly Web PT, for accurate documentation and patient tracking.
• Strong knowledge of current physical therapy practices, grounded in the latest research and methodologies.

Preferred Experience

• Two or more years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting, with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Experience in producing fitness-focused outcomes that reflect improvements in strength, flexibility, and overall patient wellness.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is competitive, offering $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
