Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to establish individualized treatment goals and outcomes.
• Design and implement tailored rehabilitation programs, incorporating a variety of modalities such as manual therapy, exercise therapy, and patient education.
• Manage a healthy caseload of patients, dedicating appropriate time and attention to each individual to ensure quality care.
• Use evidence-based approaches to assess treatment effectiveness and modify care plans accordingly.
• Actively encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, providing psycho-social support to enhance their engagement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all patient interactions and treatment plans, utilizing EMR software—preferably Web PT—for precise record-keeping.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to share insights and develop integrated treatment strategies that promote comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on adult and geriatric patients who require rehabilitation services for orthopedic conditions, post-surgical recovery, and sports injuries. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with clients of varying backgrounds and physical capabilities, ensuring attention to their unique needs and facilitating improved outcomes. Qualifications

• Must have completed a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting, with a strong focus on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Hands-on experience with EMR systems, particularly Web PT, is highly desirable.
• Demonstrates a commitment to continuing education and professional advancement in the field of physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position will range from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
