Building Services Technician - Part-Time

Position: Detail-Oriented Cleaning Specialist

Location: Haverhill, MA

Shift Hours: 5:30pm-10:00pm

Schedule: Monday - Friday - (22.5 hours per week)

Ideal Experience Includes:

• Deep cleaning and sanitization of restrooms and shared facilities

• Precise vacuuming, including baseboards, corners, and under furniture

• Knowledge of disinfection and sanitation best practices • Strong awareness of high-touch points and potential contamination areas

• Confidence in identifying and correcting small cleaning concerns proactively

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily floor care: sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming

• Sanitize and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and high-traffic areas

• Dust and clean furniture, ledges, fixtures, and surfaces

• Restock consumables: toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc

• Empty, clean, and re-line trash and recycling receptacles

• Safely use and maintain janitorial tools and equipment

• Wear required PPE and follow strict safety guidelines • Communicate facility needs or maintenance issues to supervisors

• Assist with additional duties and special projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
