Job description
Architect responsible for working closely with our clients to drive the design and development of dashboards , ongoing support for Power users and expand the effective use of Tableau across all functional areas of the client organization. Our ideal candidate will have leadership skills to help lead & grow this area.
Responsibilities
Partners with Emblem Business Executive Leadership /Power Users to create effective dashboards.
Has excellent communication skills and can comfortably challenge/guide business executive leadership
Develops and Provides documentation and support for Power Users.
Works with Data Marts to provide data from Oracle, SQL Server sources
Creation and support of BI COEs , Business Intelligence/Analytics development standards and best practices.
Required Experience/Skills :
Previous Healthcare Payer Experience Mandatory.
Consulting experience including Business Data Analysis and Exec Level Customer guidance through BI projects.
Ability to independently Analyze data and determine/implement data enrichment or aggregation needs
Strong understanding of advanced Tableau features and capabilities and how that is implemented for business solutions
Ability to create clear visualizations of specific data as required by the Customer and provide feedback of the best approach to visualize the Customer’s request.
Building, publishing customized interactive reports and dashboards, report scheduling using Tableau
Experience with creating action filters, parameters and calculated sets for preparing dashboards and worksheets in Tableau preferred.
Strong understanding of advanced Tableau features including calculated fields, parameters, table calculations, row-level security, integration, joins, data blending, and dashboard actions preferred.
