  • Experience supporting large-scale, high-complexity, multi-channel accounts
  • Strong understanding of agency workflows, cross-functional dependencies, and structured intake and trafficking processes
  • Knowledge of media and creative specifications across multiple formats, including digital, OOH, print, and broadcast

  • Timeline Coordination: Partner with the Project Manager to stay in sync on production schedules, helping ensure deliverables are sent out in lockstep with broader timelines.
  • Delivery QA: Review final creative to confirm file readiness (naming conventions, formatting, file types, and specs) prior to trafficking to media partners.
  • Documentation & Tracking: Maintain detailed trafficking logs and delivery records, updating stakeholders on file status and delivery confirmation.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as the operational bridge between Project Management, Creative, and external media contacts to ensure clarity and accuracy in all outbound creative distribution.
