    Job Title: Home Health Aide
    Service Location: Hazleton, Pa
    Immediate Need:
    Monday through Friday 8:30am to 3:30pm and Sundays 11am to 3:00pm
    Rates: $13.00 - $16.00

    Traditional Home Health Care is hiring compassionate, dedicated, HHAto provide one-on-one careto our patient located in Luzerne County. Traditional Home Health Care is a leader in the health care field providing skilled nursing/aide services and state of the art educational programs that have proven results. Our goals are clear: to restore the patient's health and increase patient confidence in their own abilities so that they may lead healthier more productive lives.     Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

    • Performs personal care/ household duties (e.g. dressing, toileting, feeding, light housekeeping, hygeine, apllication and removal of splints etc.) in home/school setting
    • Maintain a clean and safe environment
    • Provide emotional/behavioral support
    • Follows plan of care
    • Ability to interact as a member of a multidisciplinary team
    • Reports any changes in the patient condition to agency/nurse case manager
    • Safety and Supervision
