What You’ll Do

• Perform residential and light commercial repairs, renovations, and remodeling projects.
• Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, and finish work with attention to detail.
• Perform electrical and plumbing repairs and installations (where licensed and qualified).
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every project.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in your trade.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction and remodeling practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for at least 3 years.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred Skills

Experience in one or more of the following:

• Carpentry and finish carpentry
• Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
• Drywall installation and repair
• Tape and bed
• Texture matching and special finishes
• Interior and exterior painting
• Attic stair installation and repair
• Electrical troubleshooting and installation
• Plumbing repairs and fixture installation
