Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a personalized caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and confidentiality.
  • Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, and plan for discharge when the client meets appropriate criteria.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, ensuring they align with each client's unique needs and recovery goals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress notes in accordance with state regulations and clinic policies.
  • Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate client needs and facilitate appropriate care pathways upon their initial visit.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base comprises individuals from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults, seeking mental health support for a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. As an LPC, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating their healing journey through personalized counseling techniques and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in the state of Virginia.
  • Minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating competency in managing diverse mental health issues.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems such as PIMSY, along with proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook for documentation and communication purposes.
  • Familiarity with integrated therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and person-centered therapy.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation structure operates on a fee-for-service model, ensuring guaranteed rates are paid ahead of collections. Additional benefits include:
