Job description

Totally About Houses is one of Kentucky's fastest-growing brokerages, built around a simple idea: we help agents build their own brand, business, and wealth - not ours. We're not a franchise that swallows you, and we're not a boutique where the broker takes the spotlight. We're the third way.
We're looking for driven, licensed (or soon-to-be-licensed) real estate agents across the Louisville and Kentucky market who want more - better splits, real marketing and technology support, leads, coaching, and a team that genuinely has your back. Whether you're an experienced producer or hungry and newer to the business, if you're self-motivated and ready to grow, we want to talk.
This is a commission-only role with upside earning potential - our top agents earn six figures, and we give you the tools, training, and brand support to get there. Compensation:$75,000 - $150,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
- Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
- “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
- Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Organized and manages time effectively
- Self-motivation and drive
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
- Tech savvy
