Position: Experienced Arborist / Tree Climber

Location: Lincoln, NE (Local job sites)

Job Type: Full-Time | Day Shift

Pay: $22 - $30+ / hr (DOE + Certification incentives)

What You'll Do

• Perform technical tree removals, structural pruning, and canopy reductions.
• Utilize modern rope/saddle climbing techniques and aerial lifts/bucket trucks.
• Execute safe rigging in tight or confined residential spaces.
• Operate chainsaws, chippers, loaders, and stump grinders.
• Maintain a clean job site and follow ANSI Z133 safety standards.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of professional tree climbing and rigging experience.
• Strong working knowledge of tree biology and drop-zone safety.
• Valid driver’s license (Clean record required; CDL Class B is a big plus).
• Ability to handle physical labor, lift 50+ lbs, and work outdoors at height.
• ISA Certified Arborist credential is a plus, but not required.
