Job Title: CNC Machinist Location: Arlington, TX Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Pay Range: $26 - $32 per hour (DOE) Job Overview: Total Staffing is seeking experienced CNC Machinists to join our team in South Arlington. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC and manual machines to produce precision parts. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC mills, lathes, and manual equipment, with strong attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret blueprints. Key Responsibilities: -Set up and operate CNC mills and CNC lathes to produce high-quality parts. -Perform manual machining using lathes, mills, and Bridgeport machines. -Work with machine brands including HAAS and HELLER. -Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical specifications. -Verify dimensions of parts using precision measuring instruments. -Monitor machine operations, make adjustments, and perform routine maintenance. -Ensure products meet quality standards and follow safety protocols. Qualifications: -Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, CNC Operator, or related role. -Hands-on experience with CNC Mill Set Up, CNC Lathe Operation, and manual machines. -Familiarity with Bridgeport machines and HAAS/HELLER equipment. -Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. -Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. -Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
