Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough one-on-one acupuncture consultations and develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive patient evaluations.
• Facilitate group acupuncture sessions, demonstrating acupressure techniques to maximize patient comfort and enhance therapeutic results.
• Document detailed visit summaries within our electronic medical records system, ensuring accurate patient documentation and continuity of care.
• Educate patients, community groups, and staff on the benefits and practices of acupuncture therapy, fostering a greater understanding of holistic health.
• Stay current with industry best practices, adapting techniques and treatments as necessary to meet the evolving needs of our patient population.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the clinic's operations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with outpatients seeking relief from a variety of conditions, including chronic pain, stress-related disorders, and other health concerns. Our clinic welcomes a diverse patient demographic, allowing you to apply your skills in a dynamic environment. Additionally, opportunities may arise to engage with hospitalized patients needing educational support and acupuncture services, enriching your clinical experience.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in acupuncture or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid acupuncture license in the state of Nevada.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills to ensure patient understanding and satisfaction.
• Strong commitment to professionalism in appearance, demeanor, and patient interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service both in-person and through various communication channels.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 1-2 years of clinical acupuncture experience, showcasing a solid foundation in evidence-based practice and patient-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits
