Job description

Retention Specialist

The Retention Specialist must strive to make a meaningful impact on clients' lives by helping them achieve financial freedom. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of our existing customers. You will be in contact with clients who may be considering canceling or downgrading their services, and your goal will be to address their concerns, resolve issues, and provide personalized solutions to retain their business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their concerns and inquiries.
  • Build rapport and trust with clients, ensuring they remain committed to their debt resolution plans.
  • Identify and address potential issues or challenges that may hinder a client's progress or desire to stay in the program.
  • Collaborate with the debt resolution team to develop tailored solutions for each client.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in account management or retention roles is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
