Torque Design US specializes in premium architectural window film installations (3M solar, decorative, and safety films) alongside high-end automotive care through our dedicated sports car detailing shop in Miami. We serve luxury residential, commercial, and automotive clients looking for elite protection, efficiency, and styling.

Role Description

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Sales Representative (Independent Contractor / 1099) to drive new client acquisition across our architectural and luxury auto care divisions. This role offers high earning potential with complete schedule flexibility. Successful contractors who achieve steady sales targets will have the opportunity to transition into a structured W-2 position with a base salary.

Key Responsibilities

* Proactively generate leads and acquire clients for our sports car detailing shop (High-End Full Detailing, Paint Correction, Ceramic Coating, PPF, Window Tint, and Car Wraps).

* Build relationships within the Miami ecosystem, including luxury automotive clubs, exotic car dealerships, vehicle concierges, and auto enthusiasts.

* Target residential and commercial prospects for architectural window film installations.

* Deliver quotes, conduct sales presentations, and close deals.

* Maintain basic tracking of active prospects in our CRM.

Qualifications

* Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, consultative selling, and closing high-ticket deals.

* Passion for high-end automotive care, automotive styling, or architectural services.

* Strong self-management, organization, and motivation to thrive in an independent performance-based environment.

* Connections in the South Florida luxury car or real estate market are a strong plus.

Compensation Structure

* High-incentive, commission-based 1099 contract.
