Server (Mesera)

Position Summary

We are seeking energetic, friendly, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Servers. The ideal candidate will provide prompt, courteous, and professional service while ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience at Toreros Bonfire. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Explain the rodizio dining experience, buffet offerings, and current promotions.
• Take beverage orders and provide menu recommendations when appropriate.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly set tables throughout service.
• Anticipate and respond promptly to guest needs and requests.
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen staff, bar staff, and Gauchos to ensure efficient service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Present guest checks and accurately process payments when required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Adhere to established service standards, appearance guidelines, and restaurant policies.
• Assist with dining room setup, preparation, cleaning, and closing duties before and after service.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Spanish-speaking ability is required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic.
• Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the workday.
• Ability to carry trays, beverages, and restaurant supplies safely and efficiently.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining excellent service standards.
