Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Delivery Driver (no CDL needed) role based in the Greater Houston area. The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely operating company vehicles to pick up, transport, and deliver tools, equipment, and materials to customer locations and company facilities. Daily tasks include loading and unloading orders, verifying delivery documents, performing basic vehicle inspections, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and warehouse areas. The role also involves interacting with customers at delivery sites, confirming order accuracy, obtaining signatures, and addressing basic questions or concerns in a professional manner. The Delivery Driver collaborates with warehouse, sales, and office teams to coordinate routes, manage delivery schedules, report issues or delays, and support other operational tasks as needed around the warehouse and office.

Qualifications


  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and respectfully with customers and team members.
  • Experience with forklift operation or other material-handling equipment, or willingness to be trained in safe equipment use.
  • Ability to support basic training activities, such as learning and following standard operating procedures and helping teammates understand delivery or safety processes.
  • Comfort collaborating with sales and operations staff to ensure accurate, timely deliveries and a positive customer experience.
  • Background in route driving or similar roles is helpful but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to meet company driving standards.
  • Ability to lift, move, and carry materials and equipment safely, and to work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Reliable, punctual, and organized, with strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in delivery, logistics, warehouse, or industrial supply is a plus.
