Olympia Home Inspector (Work from Home) - W2 Employee - $1,000 Sign on Bonus

We’re hiring a licensed home inspector to assess the safety of clients’ properties! You’ll conduct building inspections, document any damages, and provide clients with a thorough inspection report. Compensation

• Starting Pay Range - $25 - $27 DOE
• Increase to $28 after 1 year of inspecting
• Increase to $29 after 2 years of inspecting
• 6 Annual Paid Holidays
• PTO/Sick Pay
• Company Vehicle & Gas Card
• All tools, continued education, and licensing renewal fees needed to perform the job

$25 - $30 hourly

• Perform Residential home inspections and provide detailed information through written and verbal communication regarding the findings of the inspection.
• Ensure the client receives unbiased yet neutral feedback regarding findings.
• Build trust with clients and real estate agents using a calm demeanor, consistency, honesty, thoroughness, and communication.
• Communicate value to clients regarding additional services that are provided. 
• Perform add-on services: Sewer scope, Well Flow Tests, Mold, Air Quality Test, etc.
• Complete On-going Continuing Education and Training to maintain required licenses.
• Ensure collected samples are properly documented and delivered.
• Clean and maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Take pictures or videos for social media.

• Washington State Home Inspector’s License.
• Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record.
• Strong Attention to Detail.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Must be a positive team player.
• Ability to actively listen and remain calm under pressure in confrontation situations.
• Ability to interpret and analyze data.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet inspection deadlines.
• Customer Service/Relations - Preferred.
• Building Experience - Beneficial.
