**Job Opportunity: Landscape Laborer**

We are an established landscaping company seeking a Landscape Laborer to join our team. The candidate will assist with regularly scheduled mowing and maintenance of residential properties. You must be able to perform duties independently after a training period. Time management and attention to detail are essential for this position, which is physically demanding.

**Work Schedule:**

- Monday to Friday, with some weekends required during the summer and fall months.

- Must be available to work weekends when needed.

**Compensation: **

- Starting pay is $21-$23 per hour, with the final rate to be determined based on experience.

- A $500 sign-on bonus will be awarded if you remain with the company until the end of the season and work weekly. This bonus will be included in your final paycheck of the year.

- Employees will be paid weekly.

**Requirements:**

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

- Must possess a valid ID and Social Security number and be able to understand English.

- A valid driver’s license is a plus

- Professionalism and courtesy must be maintained at all times.

**Responsibilities:**

- Mowing and edging lawns.

- Operating powered equipment such as large X-Mark mowers, string trimmers, and backpack blowers.

- Additional landscape-related duties as assigned.
