NOW HIRING: CNC MILL OPERATOR

TNT Machine Co. Inc. | Barberton, Ohio | Full-Time | On-Site

TNT Machine is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented CNC Mill Operator to join our precision machining team.

What You’ll Do:

• Learn to setup and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision-machined components in a job shop environment

• Load and unload parts, tooling, and materials

• Read and understand engineering drawings and blueprints

• Perform in-process and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring equipment

• Make basic offsets and adjustments as needed

• Monitor machine operation and identify quality or machining issues

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Follow established quality, safety, and production procedures

• Work as part of a team to meet production schedules and customer requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• CNC mill operating experience preferred

• Ability to read blueprints and understand dimensional tolerances

• Experience using precision measuring instruments

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Manufacturing or machine-shop experience preferred
