Permanent Weekend Schedule:<\/b>

  • Friday - Sunday<\/b>

  • 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM<\/b>

  • Work 36 hours per week while being paid for 40 hours<\/b>.
    <\/li>\n
  • Any hours worked over 36 hours<\/b> will be paid as overtime in addition to the 40\-hour pay.

    Training Schedule:<\/b>

    • Monday - Thursday, with Fridays and Saturdays as needed<\/b>

    • 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM<\/b>

    • New employees will follow this schedule for the first few weeks while completing required training.

    • After successfully completing training, employees will transition to the permanent Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM<\/b> schedule.

      We are looking for reliable and hardworking General Laborers<\/b> to join our warehouse team in Verona, MS<\/b>. This position will support the Master Flux<\/b> and Material Handling<\/b> departments by assisting with production, moving materials, and helping maintain an efficient and safe work environment.
      <\/p>

      This is a physically active position suited for individuals who enjoy hands\-on work and are comfortable working in a fast\-paced manufacturing environment.
      <\/p>Key Responsibilities<\/b>
      <\/h3>\n

        \n
      • Perform general warehouse and production duties, including machine operation, assembly, material handling, and heavy lifting.
        <\/li>\n
      • Move, organize, and stage materials safely to support production.
        <\/li>\n
      • Work effectively in warm industrial conditions while maintaining productivity.
        <\/li>\n
      • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from safety hazards.
        <\/li>\n
      • Follow company safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.
        <\/li>\n
      • Complete all required training before transitioning to the permanent weekend schedule.
        <\/li>\n
      • Assist with other warehouse and production duties as assigned.

        • Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred.
          <\/li>\n
        • Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move heavy materials.
          <\/li>\n
        • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
          <\/li>\n
        • Comfortable working in a fast\-paced industrial environment.
          <\/li>\n
        • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
          <\/li>\n
        • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
          <\/li>\n
        • Must be available for the Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM training schedule<\/b>, with Fridays and Saturdays as needed.

        • Must be able to commit to the permanent Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM<\/b> schedule after training.
